My Self-Love Support Group is a nurturing environment where you can explore self-compassion, build confidence, and connect with others who are on a similar path of healing and self-discovery.
How it works

Bi-monthly, online group sessions
Twice a month we meet to discuss topics related to self-love, personal growth, and emotional well-being. Our sessions include guided discussions, meditations, and exercises to help you connect more deeply with yourself.

Psychoeducation & Tools
I provide tools, strategies, and techniques to help you practice self-love in your everyday life. Learn about self-care, mindfulness, and self-compassion, self-empowerment, confidence and more during our sessions.

Community Support
Join a like-minded community that values authenticity, vulnerability, and personal growth. Share your journey, listen to others, and feel supported every step of the way.

Committed Dedication
Each cycle lasts for 3 months - a total of 6 live sessions. We ask that women joining the group commit to the full cycle of 3 months to foster safety, trust and connection. When the cycle is complete, we open the group again, you can continue on and new women might join or you might chose to close this chapter with us.

Intimate Container
5-7 women maximum in each group to facilitate open, secure dialogue and feelings of safety and trust amongst participants.

HOW LONG IS A SESSION AND WHAT IS THE COST?
Sessions run for 60-75 minutes online and each session is TT$222/US$33.

You can pay for the full cycle - 3 months (6 sessions) upfront or pay monthly - TT$444/US$66

Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

About me and my approach
Hi, I'm Simone
I've been been on my soul searching journey for the past 12 years.
​
I used to suffer with low self-worth and people pleasing tendencies. This caused me to embark on my own self-love journey many years ago. My journey guided me towards yoga, psychology, mindfulness, spirituality and more.
​
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, yoga/meditation teacher, workshop facilitator, and spiritual enthusiast I always weave a variety of holistic tools and resources into my programs and classes.
​
You can expect some quirky humor, some evidence based psychological theories and some spiritual components in each and every session with me.
​
My passion lies in helping women truly love and accept themselves more so that they can gain the inner peace and contentment that is their birth right. This inner harmony then ripples into all avenues of our lives creating greater wellbeing and fulfillment externally. This is my wish for you in this Self-love Sanctuary.
